Below are three videos I created for my Multimedia Journalism class in Spring 2020.

‘AU VA turnover’ is a video package about why VAs rarely stay on staff past their second year. VAs Gage Hoffman and Janet Guerrero talk about the mental toll of being a VA and the lack of compensation.

‘VA duties in a pandemic’ is a slideshow of photos showing what it was like for the 2019-2020 Southside staff to perform checkouts of residents and the closing of buildings during COVID-19.

‘Collecting keys: Express checkouts’ is a five-shot sequence of VA Janet Guerrero collecting room keys of residents and filling out checkout forms.
